Armed with steak-grilling expertise spanning three generations, Victoria Station brings customers a taste of rich heritage in its western cuisine served within a vintage-style ambience. Established by a Hainanese family in 1989, Victoria Station improves upon the western styles of cooking, injecting more flavour and aroma into its racks of lamb as well as its signature steaks. Victoria Station also offers fresh seafood to customers looking for a more nautical dinner with meals such as lobster and cajun salmon steak in its outlets situated in the Klang Valley and Penang.
Returns and Exchanges
As our products are perishable, all food sales are final. We will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled during transit. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives.
We are not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to us or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day you specify that it should be delivered.
We wish we could assure proper handling and prompt receipt of packages once they have been delivered to the correct mailing address by the third party carrier, but this, of course, is out of our control. To enjoy the full flavor and freshness of our products, we urge you to make the necessary arrangements beforehand. If your item is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by you, because of its perishability, we must dispose of the contents of the package and you will not be refunded.
To make a claim under our Refund Policy, you must provide us with a valid receipt and notify us within 24 hours of purchase. The staff member handling your request will advise if you need to return the item back to the store. Any cost incurred by you in bringing the item back to the store, will be borne by you.
